On Sunday 7th June a few of the ‘parkrunners’ were back in action for the Radio Run 2015, a 10k organised by Marlow FM. Ash Holmes, who continues to just get better and better, brought home a top 10 finish, coming 9th with a nice sub-40 time of 39.14. Alistair Melville-Smith was sadly the only Harrier competing in the Chiltern Chase race in Oxfordshire. The event features 5(ish), 10 and 15(ish)k races, which are held on trails. Alistair did fantastically well to finish 4th in the 15k, with a time of 59.34.
Finally, Kingsley Nanton and Sandra Reynolds made the most of a flat course and nice weather to post some fast times in the Ickenham 5 Mile Race. Kingsley completed the distance in 30.36 and Sandra in 33.28.
