Race 2 saw Harry Brandon (U15) run 14.37, just ahead of V44 Andrew Stewart with a season’s best 14.93. A further couple of Chilterns were in Race 3 – Harry Russell (U15) with a PB of 13.43, and Mia Henson (U15) running 13.54. Senior Man Allan Stewart ran 11.94 in Race 5.
U13 Millie Hughes ran another solid time of 5.37.42.
A big Chiltern presence in this one – Orla Williams (U13) 5.24.70, Beth Welham (U15) 5.26.66, Matt Clifford (U13) 5.32.17, Alice Moffat (U13) 5.45.22, Imogen Sharkey (U13) 6.03.27 in her debut in the event.
U17 Orla Fawcett ran a season’s best of 5.08.57, Andrew Stewart (V55) a season’s best of 5.15.95, Emily Alderson (U15) 5.26.24.
There were PBs all round for Ali Young (V40) 4.59.97, Tommy Davies (U15) 5.00.81, and Alex Aldred (U13) 5.04.02.
U13 Tom Hunter got a PB of 4.57.78 in this one.
PBs in this race came from U13 Angus Williams with 4.43.63, George Brown (U17) 4.46.24, and Scarlett Wager-Leigh equalled her season’s best of 4.51.07.A not-fully-fit Will Brown was well down with 5.20.27.
U15 Ben Smith worked hard for a PB of 4.43.07.
Two more PBs – U17 Angus Denison-Smith with 4.28.55 and V45 Nick Hughes just behind in 4.30.28.
U20 Callum Neal ran well for third in 4.24.41.
U20 Jonty Wager-Leigh ran a strong race for a PB of 4.06.11. Senior Allan Stewart faded to 4.15.69.
James McCarthy ran well for fifth with a season’s best 3.52.99.
