Cameron ran the 800m time two weeks ago and added the standard here with 4.21.59. Angus, still a first year in the age group, ran an excellent race to finish with 4.19.60, too late for inclusion in the Bucks Schools team this year but a great marker for next season.

In the final race of the night U20 Will Perkin was the only schoolboy in a high quality race packed with full-time athletes from St Mary’s University, but held his own to log an English Schools qualifier of 3.56.79.
