Under 13 girl Jinaan Lockwood ran a great new best time of 5.27.20, whilst U15 boy Joe Day was also in PB form with 5.46.48.
There were further PBs for U15 Matt Clifford with 5.13.79 and U15 Millie Hughes with 5.21.66, but U15 Alice Moffat was slightly outside her best with 5.30.35. Millie also found time to record a javelin PB of 23.14m.
A Chiltern heavy race saw PBs for U15 girls Soraya Lockwood (5.12.22), and Beth Welham (5.15.51), Senior man Neil Brown (5.13.29), and U13 boy Matt Aldred (5.15.01). U13 Harry Vintner was just outside his best with 5.18.04.
U13 Cormac Nisbet battled hard to record 5.10.84, just outside his PB.
Orla Williams (U13) ran well to log 5.03.51, a good time in increasingly poor weather.
U15 Alex Aldred was a little off his best with 4.47.24.
U17 twins Will Brown (4.39.25) and George Brown (4.42.90) both set new PBs in this one.
There was a Chiltern 1-2 in Race 11 with both Vet 45 Nick Hughes (4.28.22) and U17 Seb Mills (4.31.76) gaining new bests.
Jake Alderson ran a new PB of 4.32.40.
There were three Chiltern lads in this one. U20 Richard Slade was a second off his best in 4.23.56, U17 Angus Denison-Smith was in PB form with 4.26.09 and U15 Angus Williams ran well for 4.27.61.
