U13 Alice Moffat won Race 1 in 32.52.
A Chiltern-heavy race 2 was won by in-form U15 Ella Broadfield in 28.45. U15 boys Tommy Davies and Harry Russell were second and third in 28.77 and 28.93 respectively. U15 Joanna Lynch ran 32.23, just pipping Vet 50 Andrew Stewart in 32.25.
Races 3, 5
Fellow Vet 50 Jamie Shepard was third in Race 3 in 28.75 and senior man Allan Stewart ran 24.52 to be third in Race 5.
U13 Millie Hughes had her best run of the season to be third in 2.51.27.
Ethan Smith (U13) front ran to win Race 2 in a PB of 2.42.32 with fellow U13 Matt Clifford running 2.45.54 in fourth.
First year U13 Orla Williams ran very well to gain a PB of 2.40.37 in Race 3.
Another Chiltern-strong race saw Sandie Pohlman run a season’s best 2.31.21 to be second. U13 Alex Aldred was fourth in a PB of 2.34.07 and U15 Charlotte Munn logged 2.35.77. U15 Beth Welham finished with 2.40.77.
Under 17 Maddy Lacey scored a PB in this one with 2.31.55, with U15 Emily Alderson also recording he best time of 2.35.77.
Under 13s Tom Hunter (2.26.53) ad Nathan Hackley (2.28.35) logged PBs with U17 Orla Fawcett running a season’s best 2.31.40.
Angus Williams (U13) ran into the national top ten rankings with 2.22.15 in winning Race 7. Under 15 girl Sophie Morton also had a good race with 2.23.93.
Vet 45 Nick Hughes had a good run to be third in 2.14.89.
Cameron Reid (U15) ran from the front to record a PB of 2.16.89. Under 17 Hannah Thear had an excellent run to be second in 2.17.61, inside the English Schools qualifying standard.
U17 Richard Slade took a big chunk off his PB with 2.17.71.
U17 Seb Mills had a solid outing with 2.12.27.
Callum Neal (U20) ran well but faded slightly to record 2.06.18.
This was a great watch for Chiltern fans with Will Perkin (U17), Michael Goddard (U23) and Jonty Wager-Leigh (U20) all having great runs. Will was second in a PB of 1.58.11, Michael third in 1.59.10, and Jonty fourth, scoring a PB with 1.59.59.
U20 James McCarthy ran in the top-rated race of the evening , running well inside English Schools qualifying with a new PB of 1.52.24.
