A still, warm evening made for good conditions at Watford and, despite the school holidays, there was a good turnout from Chiltern Harriers.
U20 Hannah Thear and U17 Sandie Pohlman tackled 200m and both ran PBs, Hannah with 27.19 and Sandie with 27.93. V55 Andrew Stewart ran 31.35. Millie Hughes threw 19.09m in the hammer. George Gillingwater, back from Birmingham University, tackled 3000m and ran a solid 9.33.44.

U13 Katie Repper ran a PB of 5.27.63.
Race 2
U15 Millie Hughes was just outside her PB with 5.21.28 and U13 Abbie Henderson ran 5.30.96, just ahead of Andrew Stewart with 5.30.98.
Race 3
Matthew Aldred ran well for 5.09.85, and fellow U13 Harry Vintner was just behind with a PB of 5.10.95. U17 Orla Fawcett had her first race all season with 5.28.04.

Jess Orr (U17) ran 5.21.31
Race 5
U15 Jane Williamson ran positively for a PB of 5.02.87 and U13 boys Zach Rahaman also looked strong for 5.05.30, just outside his best.

This saw a fantastic front run form Alex Aldred (U15) to run a PB of 4.37.18.
