Isaac Jessop-Tranter, another promising first-year U13, ran a big PB to be fifth in 5.06.09. U13 Hannah Ashby was a little off her best with 5.25.49.
U13 Leon Doran has a had a great first season as an U13 and has been just outside five minutes several times. Wednesday saw him finally crack that barrier with a committed run of 4.59.42. U13 Lesedi Nkoane had a solid run of 5.11.69.
U13 Ella Botha put in another good performance to run 5.05.74, a couple of seconds off her best.
Orla Williams (U15) put in a challenging target time and finished on 4.53.20.
U17 Alex Johnson has made massive improvements in the past twelve months. He took a huge chunk off his PB with a win in Race 11, recording 4.08.53. A little behind, U20 Richard Slade also ran a PB with 4.14.92.
The PBs continued with U17 Cameron Reid logging 4.09.37, a new best by five seconds.
U17 Angus Williams just grabbed a PB by four hundredths, finishing on 4.05.08.
