The objectives of the process are:
- To ensure that the Club Management Committee and all members fully understands what members want and how it can improve on the current offering
- To enable the Club Management Committee to write a new Clubmark-compliant Development Plan and set objectives for the next five years (see the current Plan here)
- To identify and support members to take on new initiatives, including management positions
To take part please complete the below short survey by 11.59PM on 10 November 2018. The survey is open to all junior and senior members, as well as parents of juniors. If you wish you can complete it anonymously. The results will not be shared with any third party. It can be completed in just 15 mins and all respondents will be entered into a free prize draw to have their Club subs paid for 2019!
As you will be aware the Club – including coaching, management and events - is run entirely by volunteers, who do an excellent job. It is vitally important that we make the best possible use of this precious resource.
All views will be willingly received and considered even if, for practical reasons, not all suggestions will be able to be implemented. Thank you for your understanding in that regard.
A summary of the results of the survey will be published on the Chiltern Harriers AC website and sent to all members.
