In the boys 1500m Thomas Redmond continued his good recent form to be fifth in the A string race in a great time of 4.45.53.
Lesedi Nkoane was running A string 800m and recorded a good time of 2.34.80 to be sixth. In the girls 200m Jemma Thomson ran 29.16 in the A string to be tenth.
