Before we get into the detail of this week’s results, a big shout out to everyone who took part in the first match of the 18-19 Chiltern Cross Country League yesterday. The Club had a fantastic turnout and some really impressive performances across the board. Keep watching the website for Steve Perkin’s report of the action.
Somewhat nearer to home, Ruth Holroyd was the only Harrier in action at the Herts 10k (according to Strava), thoroughly enjoying the race to come home in 1.00.33. David Saul took part in the Tring Ridgeway Run, finishing in 1.21.48.
SOMETHING NEW: have you ever thought ‘I wish CHAC would do X’ or ‘I wonder if CHAC has ever considered doing Y’? Well, you will have your chance to voice those opinions in a ground-breaking all-Club consultation process, called The Chiltern Way. Look out for an email / social media post to hit your screen soon and have your say.
COMING UP LOCALLY: Abingdon Marathon, Henley Half Marathon, Ricky Road Run and the Marlow Striders Half. Check out the Club Calendar for more.
