Also yesterday, Lui Fra took part in the Carreira Popular do Apóstolo. Whilst my Spanish is non-existent, my Strava detective skills suggests that this is a 10k event in A Laracha, Galicia (Spain). Lui’s (Strava) time was 42.41.
Moving on to today, Sunday 21 July, Amber Stubbings decided to warm down from her first ultramarathon last weekend, by doing the Asics London 10k. She ran the event with a friend, who was running her first ever race, completing it in 1.15.32. And finally, Julia Aliaj broke her 8-year course record on ‘A Surrey Slog’, a very challenging half marathon event in the Surrey Hills. Julia’s (Strava) time was 2.13.45.
Well done to everyone who featured in this week’s report!

He finished in 150th position in 56 hours 26 minutes and8 seconds. JUST. INCREDIBLE. Well done, Jase! You are an absolute inspiration. #Nails.
