In parkrun news, Chiltern ladies were in wining form yesterday, Saturday 29 June, with first place finishes for Bex Nkoane (19.24 at Luton Wardown); Millie Hughes (24.50 at East Grinstead) and Yours Truly (22.23 at Wyre Forest). There were course PBs for Mick Dolling (24.34 at Rickmansworth) and Neil Bates (19.49 at Wyre Forest).
In Wendover Woods at the Forestry 100 10k, Chiltern Harriers took 2nd and 3rd places with Fabe Downs coming home in 36.22 and Ben Hetherington in 41.55, And finally, just Alan Hornibrook and Michal Turney took on the Thame 10k today, with Michael finishing 3rd in his age category in 38.31 and Alan 4th in his in 43.27. Well done all!
