There were also PBs for Thomas Askey (18.36 at Black Park), Steve Mayes (22.05), Mick Dolling (23.51) and James Malin (25.10), all at Rickmansworth. Meanwhile, at Wycombe Rye Isaac Jessop-Tranter earnt a new PB of 19.24 and Lily Jessop-Tranter also recorded a PB of 22.54.
Also on Saturday, Ed Wright completed the Olympic Park 10k in 45.28.
Moving on to today, Amber Stubbings achieved a new 10K PB of 1.03.23 at the Mercedes Benz World Running Grand Prix.
Victoria Lucas was in action at the Great North Run, completing the country’s most popular half marathon in a time of 1.55.40.
COMING UP LOCALLY: the Shardeloes 10k (many helping Harriers did a great job of clearing the route this weekend, but volunteers are still required for next weekend), Humanity Direct Tring Ultra, Moor Park 10k, the Ley Hill Challenge and the start of the Chiltern League Cross Country season at Shotover Park.
