Michael Hall (11.9 and 24.3) and Louis Greenaway (12.2 and 24.3) looked after 100m and 200m. In 400m Harry Cox ran a PB of 54.9 and Tom Crockett ran 57.4 in the B string. Harry returned for an A string win in 2.03.7 and Tom Crockett ran 2.11.9 in the B string. Alex Johnson secured another middle distance win with 4.10.7 in the A string 1500m. In 3000m Edward Watson was third in 10.28.5 and Charlie Stone was second in B string in 10.31.3. Fraser Kilsby began his busy day with fourth in 400m hurdles in 62.6 and Tommy Davies won 2000m steeplechase in a PB of 6.47.
Hal Burtenshaw was third in pole vault with 3.05m and Michael Hall helped with long jump. Fraser Kilsby was third in both discus (30.09m) and javelin (37.42m). Ed Watson was second in B string javelin. The 4 x 100m relay team of Fraser, Louis Silvester, Luke Kempton, and Michael Hall were second, as were the 4 x 400m team of Harry Cox, Ed Watson, Hal Burtenshaw and Tommy Davies.
The U20 women were depleted but those involved worked hard to get valuable points. Sian Vico ran 26.8 in 200m and won 400m A string in 63.6. Emma Styles was third in A string 800m with Soraya Lockwood third in B string. Lizzie Barraclough won A string 1500m with Soraya bagging a win in B string. Lizzie and Soraya also helped in long jump. Chloe Zmuda scored great points in all for throws, second in javelin with 33.70m. Sain, Soraya, Chloe and Lottie Warkcup made up the 4 x 100m team, and Sian, Soraya, Millie Hughes and Ellen Cooper were third in 4 x 400m.
James Spicer and Louis Silvester looked after 100m with Lewis Fee and Louis running 200m. Rhys Arnold ran a PB of 55.0 in 400m and Luke Kempton ran 58.4 in B string. Alex Aldred was second in 800m with Rhys third in B string. Angus Williams won A string 1500m in 4.10.8 with Charlie Stone second in B string. Ben Jackson was third in A string 3000m and Luke Martin was second in B string. Marko Stankovic made a good debut in 100m hurdles and Alex Mitchell was third in 400m hurdles. Ben Jackson returned to be second in 1500m steeplechase and Alex Mitchell won B string. Finn Hobson and Lewis Fee performed well in long jump and Finn and Rhys Arnold both jumped 1.65m in high jump. Marko Stankovic continued his good debut with 10.48m in triple jump. Angus Williams and Sammy Nerurkar did shot, and Sammy and Lewis gained useful points in discus. Ben Jackson also made a useful contribution in hammer. The 4 x 100m team of Finn, Louis Greenaway, Alex Johnson and James Spicer ran 47.5 and the 4 x 400m team of Angus, Alex Johnson, Alex Aldred and Rhys Arnold ran an excellent 3.35.8 to be second.
Dani Grice and Emma Hickman ran both short sprints and Lottie Warkcup ran 300m. Mia Caddell and Rebecca Rees-Davies ran 800m whilst Ellen Cooper and Sophie Thomas looked after 1500m. Alicia Bushell won A string 3000m. Lily Holt and Ella Griffin ran 80m hurdles and Ella ran A string 300m hurdles. Lily Holt was second in A string long jump with an excellent 5.12m and won A string high jump with 1.58m. Ella Griffin continued her good day with 1.30m for second in B string high jump.
Hannah Wells did well, second in hammer, third in discus and fourth in triple jump. Millie Hughes was third in shot and javelin and second in B string hammer. Sade Wallace was second in B string discus and shot and Lottie Warkcup was second in B string javelin. The 4 x 100m team of Lily, Sade, Dani and Emma ran 56.4 to be sixth and the 4 x 300m quartet of Rebecca, Lottie, Ella and Mia was third
