Tuesdays at 7.30 pm (September only 7.00pm) (with Pre-training warm-up session at 7.10 pm) This is the Club's main training session - any propective members thinking of joining the club can just come along to this session |

THURSDAYS
Thursdays at 7.30pm This is specifically aimed at those who have run 41 mins. (Men) and 45 mins (Ladies) for 10 km, or those who are aiming to achieve such performances. |
From Thurs 9th May Training will be at Merchant Taylors School all weather track, Sandy Lodge Rd, Rickmansworth,HA6 2HT, which is 10 mins walk from Moor Park Tube. The club has exclusive use of the track from 7.30pm - 8.30pm. |
